This policy covers the Red Sun Rising website and support correspondence. Each app has its own policy linked below.

Website visits

This website does not use advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or browser storage. It does not ask you to create an account or submit a contact form.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information such as your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its processing. Hosting and security records are subject to the provider's retention arrangements.

Contacting support

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Please send only information needed to explain your issue; avoid passwords, private recordings, contact lists or payment details.

Our legal basis for routine support correspondence is our legitimate interest in answering questions and maintaining our apps. Where correspondence is necessary to fulfil a contract or legal obligation, those legal bases may apply.

Sharing, storage and retention

Website and email providers process information as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request and related follow-up, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Our support address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to a Gmail inbox provided by Google. These providers process message contents and routing information to deliver and store correspondence. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. Information may be processed outside the UK; the providers' policies describe their processing locations and international transfer safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or to object to or request restriction of processing. Other rights, including portability, may apply depending on the processing. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out. We may need to verify your identity to fulfil a request.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority.

App data

See the app-specific policies for device permissions, local storage, deletion and third-party services. We cannot remotely access information stored only on your device.
